Where has the Reading Bug been travelling to? Hear stories of the wonderful places it’s been!

 

DEVONPORT
Where: LINC Tasmania in Devonport and libraries in Ulverstone, Latrobe, Sheffield, Deloraine and Westbury
Tell a Story and Take it Away
Your stories of island living. Choose from 10 story prompts to get started. Story writing volunteers will be there to help.

 

GLENORCHY
Where: LINC Tasmania, Glenorchy
Our Place on the Island: Stories of Glenorchy
Who remembers getting the train to school or when horses and buggies trotted down Main Street in the 1960s? Explore some of the historical images of post WWII Glenorchy and surrounds. Most of us have a story to tell or memory about our local community … those good old days. You can also learn how to record and share your memories with support from the LINC team.

Celebrate your love of reading and photography by snapping photos of yourself, your family or friends in favourite reading places, or with your best must-read book. We will be hosting some great free photography workshops and sharing some of your photos on our Facebook page!
