Travis Tiddy is a fifth generation west coast Tasmanian who intimately understands the needs and challenges of regional Tasmania. Travis is the founder and director of the award-winning arts festival The Unconformity, which embraces site-specific contemporary arts activity to enrich the lives of west coast people.

Travis is Deputy Chair of Tasmanian Regional Arts, a member of the Contemporary Art Tasmania program committee; recipient of the Premier’s Young Achiever in Tourism Award (2014); and, the recipient of a Churchill Fellowship to conduct overseas research into community development concepts for post-industrial regions (2010).
