Caro Watson leads marketing, brand, communications, and audience development at Ten Days on the Island. She joined in 2018 and has spent that time shaping how the festival tells its story and reaches its audiences.
She studied art and communication design at Griffith University. Her working life has moved between design, marketing, illustration, and operating small businesses. She is a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders Program.
She is interested in how arts and culture can genuinely serve communities, and in building systems that solve real problems.
