How to Include Ten Days on the Island in Your Will

Including a bequest is straightforward. You can leave a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or the residual of your estate after other gifts have been fulfilled. We recommend speaking with your solicitor to ensure your wishes are properly documented.

Suggested Wording

“I give [a specific amount / percentage / the residue] of my estate to Ten Days on the Island Ltd (ABN 30 092 326 951) for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of the CEO or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge for my executor.”
